"A US bank account you can manage from anywhere..."

I needed to find a bank that we could manage from overseas. We have a business in the US, but all our admin is in Australia.

Setting up with Relay was a breeze. They have all the different styles of accounts we need, as well as virtual and physical cards that can all be managed remotely.

We have been clients of Relay for over three years now and love them so much I wanted to drop this review here to help anyone considering business banking make the right decision.

The app is easy to use, the support team is quick to answer, friendly and very competent. We already had a few calls with the support team when we had problems, and every time it was solved efficiently.

"Beware!"

We recently opened an account with Relay for a new entity and new business checking account. As with any new provider, I deposited a very small amount to the account until I could see if they are actually a trustworthy entity to do business with.

My account is now frozen for now apparent reason, can't withdraw or transfer money, and extremely slow response.

This has completely eroded my trusts in their banking platform...and this also reeks of foul play on their part.

Mercury is a much better bank from my experience, never had any issues with them at all.

This is the perfect way to practice Profit First! It's been a huge help for our business and we have grown the business more intentionally and without accidentally forgetting "little" things like sales and income tax.

I have a growing business and recently switched to Relay Financial. I absolutely love its integration with the Profit First method to track and save money.
