It't been 2 months, and not a word from from them, I wrote 3 emails and sent 1 message via their web page, I sent them pdf of transaction details, nothing, The order is still pending.

"It has been taken over three weeks and …"

It has been taken over three weeks and I have heard nothing about my order. I have wrote two or three messages but no one answer. Only mark is the mark on my credit card. Still waiting for my braclet.

"Site fictif? : non mais communication vraiment problématique"

Commande non traitée depuis 3 jours, prélèvement effectif, service client totalement injoignable que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone malgré de multiples tentatives. Je suis plus qu'inquiet...

*** Finalement tout est bien qui finit bien pour ma commande, le colis est arrivé à bon port et était conforme. Le gros problème fût donc la communication avec le marchand, impossible par téléphone et avec grand retard par mail

Très bon site.
Sur 4 articles commandés, je n'en avais reçu que 2.
Il y a peut être un soucis de mails parce que je n'avais pas toujours de réponse.
Du coup j'ai appelé directement la boutique.
Effectivement, certains de mes mails n'avaient pas été reçus.
Après recherche avec le vendeur, les 2 articles se sont révélés en rupture de stock.
J'ai été remboursée dans la semaine.

"Great Service. Helped Resolve Issues"

I ordered an item and received it promptly with personal updates throughout the process. When my item showed manufacturing damage a week after its arrival the sales team helped me get in contact with the warranty department for the US, and guided me through getting everything taken care of.

Everybody was professional and nothing but helpful. Would recommend to a friend.

"Excellent - great service and fast delivery"

I am so happy I found this website. They offer very unique products that are not available anywhere else in the world. I finally found a very special Swarovski necklace that I lost in the past and since then I was searching for it constantly.
All the purchase went smooth, I received fast replies from Mr Antonios, and even in the long holiday season in Spain, I got my package within just few days. When you order the products you receive the tracking number, so you can check the status and the location of your package in each step of shipment process.

"Fine! Shipping -> Netherlands 2-3weeks, as expected"

I wanted earrings that were sold out in the Netherlands, this store seemed to be the only one to have them (at a better price too!). Ordered them, 2.5 weeks later I received them, (received a tracking code, but that stopped functioning after the package passed Athens so it was a bit of a surprise when it ended up in my mailbox). Package contained what was paid for, little dent on the corner of the earringsbox as a small remark, possible due to the envelope handling (a cartboard package might have been a bit safer, however possibly more expensive. Would order again

"Item delivered faulty, seller didn't issue a refund for a month"

Shorter version:
Bought faulty item. Got a refund (most of the money, not all!) after almost 3 months. Got publicly called a liar in response to my comment because the seller can't use PayPal. Avoid like plague.

Short version:
The item I bought was faulty - not the seller fault - but it took the seller exactly a month, from November 27th to December 27th, to issue a refund. Communication wasn't the best - the thing that resulted in a first response to my email in over a month was this negative review.


Long version
I have purchased Swarovski Amazone Headphones, which have proven to be faulty - one of them had 20% of the volume of the other.

As per sellers request I have delivered the headphones to the nearest Swarovski authorized dealer to be repaired or replaced, sadly neither was possible (it's an old model) and they offered me a 50% refund - not acceptable.

I have requested a refund from seller, which he promised to issue after he's been able to verify that the repair/replacement was in fact impossible. I've provided the seller with all the required information - a repair slip with the contact information of the Swarovski authorized dealer over a month ago.

Edit:
I have finally received a refund (well, almost - it's 2 Euro short, but at least I got most of it). Therefore I'm updating it from 1 to 2 stars.

Edit2: Since the seller has chosen to call me a liar 1 star is back and only because there is no option to give 0 stars.

Here's the timeline:
- October 7th: I have reported the headphones as faulty, just as I have received them
- October 10th: per seller request I have delivered headphones to local Swarovski boutique to have them repaired or replaced
- November 14th: Swarovski notified me that neither repair nor replacement is possible, I have forwarded that information to the seller. Over the next week we exchanged a couple of emails regarding return/refund
- November 27th: I have provided the seller with all the paperwork he requested for the refund

At this point all communications from seller stopped.

- December 19th: tired of waiting I have opened a PayPal dispute. No seller response to this date.
- December 26th: I emailed the seller about the refund. No response
- December 27th: seller sent me money over PayPal, but didn't bother to use refund option or respond to my emails or the PayPal dispute
December 28th: not knowing about the money transfer (it doesn't show on your balance until you've accepted it) I've posted first version of this review and emailed seller again threatening chargeback. The review is something that finally got me an answer..



Seler claims I have never opened a PayPal dispute and calls me a liar. The PayPal dispute number is PP-003-607-718-475, opened on 19th of December. Check it and apologize.

I already know that he isn't the best at using PayPal - I didn't get a full refund (he STILL OWES ME 2 EURO!) and he didn't use the refund feature - he just sent me the money.
