The agent I dealt with seemed very genuine, but on reflection I should have listened to friends who warned against using this company. Having already dropped the price about 25%, when it came to exchange they wanted to reduce the price even more, which would not have paid off the mortgage. I wrote a review about this, and after a few weeks received an email offering me £100 of vouchers of my choice to remove the review. I would advise anyone to steer clear of these time wasters.
They don't like bad reviews, and have twice tried to get this review removed, but I have been able to provide verification so it is still here.
