I had not heard of ‘The Property Buying Company’ and I contacted them because I came across their advertisement.

Through my own professional life’s experiences, I recognise that, for the vast majority of the working population, although they start with enthusiasm and the best of intentions, they end up seeing their ‘job’, i.e.: what they do whilst they are at ‘work’, as the boring bit and, again, for most of those, it represents the ‘ugly’ stuff that they have to endure on a daily basis and for the rest of their lives, in the hope that ‘one day’, when they retire, they will, somehow, involve themselves with the ‘beautiful’ stuff, i.e.: enjoyable activities that represent what they genuinely want to do. 

For a very tiny minority, they see their ‘job’ and what they produce whilst they are at their workplace, as an opportunity for self-expression, i.e.: they regard their life, which naturally includes all aspects of their activities, as a continual and continuing personal creation, not unlike an artist’s ‘work of art’.

The characteristically pervasive ethos of such individuals include the qualities of quiet modesty and enough humility which allows them to ‘listen’.

On the basis of my experience of the individuals that I dealt with within ‘The Property Buying Company’, it is with delight that, along with efficiency and outstanding professionalism, I commend them for their communication skills, general sense of pragmatism coupled with humanness.
