I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from The Directory Guys Ireland. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to help me build my online presence. Their customer service is truly phenomenal, they have kept me informed and assured at every step.

What truly sets them apart is their excellent communication and genuine interest in my business. I always feel they are invested in my success and have dealt with any concerns I have had about the process with understanding and assurances.

The entire customer experience has been outstanding. I must however, give a special mention to Colm, who along with everyone else I have interacted with has been excellent, Colm has been warm, helpful and professional and his dedication is evident in everything he has done for me and my business.

Do not use this company it’s a scam you can do what they do yourself just make a Google listing as that’s all they do. They do not do any work at all to get you higher rankings and they still try to take money from you even when you have cancelled your account. They also say cancel at any time which is obviously another lie. Just avoid them and don’t fall for their tactics.

My experience with The Directory Guys has been fantastic. I have found Jen who manages my account very friend and very professional. They where really swift in helping get my web page verified with Google which can be challenging. They also done a health check on my site to optimise its performance. I would definitely recommend The Directory Guys.

Cold call on a DNC number. Agent insisted that they sanitise all calls before dialling.
If they can't be trusted to look after their own business, would you trust them with yours?
