"Faulty clothes rail, horrendous customer service "

I purchased a rail off Amazon prime as I needed it the next day. It arrived fine, I started to assembly it when I realised one of the pieces were faulty. I sent photos and a description of what was wrong. This continued back and forth for over a week as they didn’t believe me and had to send two further lots of pictures. They then sent a replacement with a delivery time of 4-5 days. Still waiting! Customer service has been absolutely shocking. Will be making a formal complaint.

"The need to improve their customer…"

They need to improve their customer service in terms of how they can be contacted there is no contact number and no contact email. You can only contact them by a form on the website which so frustrating as I still have not received my order and it’s been over a week now. And when I requested for refund they told me I need to wait for them to go back and forth with Evri. I still have not received my refund also.

"Avoid "

Having purchased a patio set via BQ it was coming directly via house of home . On delivery the package was badly damaged via the courier. I contacted house of home and they told me send pictures, which I tried doing. Their web email address is incorrect and then again I was given another incorrect email by customer service. Thereafter the lack of response and customer care given was not acceptable. Even today almost two weeks later they are unable to provide a courier to collect my damaged patio set . Avoid this company at all costs.
