ETA 09/11/2022: Just got another message to my request, this time demanding I send video of the issue.
Blown away as I had clarified the issue in writing and already told them that I'd repackaged for return (no mean feat given the pieces and quality of packaging).
If anyone else is experiencing these issues with this company, Citizen's Advice has articles on how to deal with this sort of this (detailing Section 75 of the consumer act and how to start a chargeback claim if you paid by Visa).
If this isn't resolved by the end of the day I'll be requesting a chargeback from my bank and House of Homes can deal with them.

Sent a return request within hours of receiving the bed. Had to send a second 36 hours later before they replied (Top Tip: don't use the form on the website or there will be no record of you contacting them).
The response for the return request was "did you put it together right?" Firstly, I don't need to justify a second time, let alone a first. The law says 14 days after receipt of the product, no questions. Why wasn't the response "let's get that sorted"?
Secondly, I followed the instructions to a T and used the provided tools, but there's no right way to put together this bed. It's listed as "extra strong" but it's so poorly designed there's no reason to call it that.
The bed connects down the horizontal middle with 2 t-joints and no additional support. It has over half a dozen feet and none of them connect properly with the ground, no matter how many times you adjust them.
It's been 72 hrs since I sent the first request, and still nothing. Really hoping they see this and correct their mistake.

"Bedframe purchase"
I ordered a bedframe from this website as it was retailing at a lower price than others. Delivery was fairly quick, however unfortunately a very crucial part to the construction was the incorrect size. I informed customer services who were quick to reply, very nice, and helpful in contacting the warehouse on my behalf. The part took a week to arrive, which meant that i unfortunately had to sleep on one edge of the bed to prevent the right side with the missing part from falling through. As such, i dont feel that i can rate this experience more than 3 stars. However, the prices are excellent, customer services are very helpful and responsive (thank you Charlotte!), and delivery was prompt, so i'm sure that if i were to purchase from the website again, there would be no problems.

I have received the Folding Desk Table In Black Desktop and Metal Frame - 100 x 50 x 75cm today ,which I ordered 3 days ago (it was mentioned to be on stock).
Product:
The product was packed well, has a minor dent on the frame and a scatch on the bottom of desktop but other then that is a great sturdy desk for the price paid.
