Terrible - bought a Carmen hairdryer on eBay (brand new, boxed) whose motor burnt out five months later. Ozaroo do not reply to messages sent on eBay, or to emails sent to their email address. eBay said that, as a Shop, they should have a phone number on the site. Of course, they don't. It's a low value item and I write off the bad experience. But neither this company, or eBay, have any respect for UK consumer law (12 month guarantee responsibility of the retailer).

I have now received refund from Amazon A - Z Guarantee as Ozaroo have not refunded my returned item and have ignored my emails. Would never purchase from them again! I do not appear to be the only customer having problems with this company.
