"5 Stars All Round "

My property was listed with another Dundee agent who will remain unnamed respectfully. The property was listed for 4 months, had 2 enquiries, 2 viewings and 0 offers. I came across Rosie Fraser on LinkedIn in and swiched. Although the market slowed down towards the end of the year, Rosie and the team were very proactive and soon enough there were several viewings booked, one of which put an offer in the same day and was accepted.

Being straight to the point and from a sales background myself, we all know estate agents get paid from percentage of the sale price. If the property sold with the previous agent, I would have grudged the fees, as it would only have sold because someone wanted to buy it, not because they sold it.

However with Rosie and the teams constant proactive approach, constant research to ensure the property was best placed and constant updates via their what's app group, they deserve every penny of fees charged. In fact I would agree they should be charging more for the service they provide. There is not one thing I could fault.

Although this property was my own, I am looking to invest in property in the Dundee area later this year, and will 100% be using Rosie Fraser for sourcing and listing.
