"Abysmal service"

I find it inconceivable that Rosie Fraser real estate has so many 5 star reviews, in my experience this week it has been nothing short of abysmal, from the agent emma being late for the viewing, to asking them to find out information about the property and not getting back to us. We asked about planning permission for an extension and the agent said yes it was there when in fact it was not, she also informed of the wrong closing date for the property. I really am extremely disappointed in the service received. Zero stars
