There is great customer service....mae and my family were looking for a slow cooker and a universal remote....two of their emplyees were keen on helping us get the best products but also meet our budget...there were not rude or anything like that just very helpful and kind...Another thing is that my mother did not know english very well so i had to act as a translater between the shop asssistant (worker) and they remained patient and let me communicate what my mother wants exactly...overrall great performance.
