"Maria is an absolute star"
Maria is an absolute star! We had an issue with a delivery and had a gas engineer coming the next day to do our install. We spoke with Maria and David and explained if the delivery wasn’t coming when it was expected we’d have to cancel the installer and be even longer without a cooker. I’ve never seen staff go above and beyond like it. They did everything they could to get our cooker the same day and today, it’s installed and working perfectly. They took a very stressful situation and turned it into an amazing one. We always shop in DID for our electricals and this kind of service just solidifies why.

"Really poor staffing "
Really poor staffing
I went to bray store to buy some hoover bags and waited long enough at the cashdesk. Only 2 staffs were on the floor and it was fully packed with customers. I have no time time to drive again to get this that's the only reason kept me waiting.. I belive 1 might be having a lunch, still poor management skills (poor staffing).. please consider time is also valuable as money.
Sorry, I have to appreciate the staffs covering all ground quicker as they can.
