"Order delays and cancelation"

Ordered lights with 4-6 weeks lead time. Used PayPal at checkout. After 2 weeks got notification of further delay in delivery to 7 weeks. After 5 weeks another notification that the delivery will be delayed to 8 weeks.

After another week got information that my order was canceled due to expired reservation on my PayPal payment. Just like that, no possibility to repeat the payment. "If I want the lights, I need to make another order" was advised on call line.

So I made the same order again (with lead time further 4-6 weeks) but changed payment to CoD (additional costa for me) to make sure the reservation on card will not expire.

After 2 weeks got notification that delivery will be delayed to 6 weeks. Received no further notifications so day before supposed delivery I called info line and received promise I will get shipping info in the evening or next day latest. Since I received no info I made another call day after supposed delivery and they stated that the package will be shipped the same day. So finally in the evening I received the shipping info and finally after 3 months since the first order I received the lights. Worse shopping experience than in the mayhem days of COVID pandemic.

Onjednavku som spravila 27.11., objednala som tri svetla dve žiarovky; Doručenie bolo 18.12!!! A doručili len dve veci z 5. Hrozne
