Today we had Andy W come to our business and complete the set up of our new telephone system. Andy was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Andy was able to answer any questions we had and show us in depth how the system and portal works. Andy even demonstrated a telephone call to our telephones then showed us where we go to listen to the recorded call should we ever need this function in the future. Nothing was too much trouble and he remained patient when we asked him to repeat certain points just so we understood fully. Great service received by a polite and friendly guy.
