Aaron was very thorough and professional. He installed and setup all the equipment then went through the system and each of the phone types to ensure we were familiar with there functions.

I found Aaron, knowledgeable, clear and concise, and above all he explained things in an easy to understand way.

Andrew Murry came and installed our phone systems today. Very nice chap who was very knowledgeable about the phone system and talked me through the process.

We renewed our Mtech contract and as a result, got new handsets. George (Stone) came out to us to set up all of the 5 new handsets for us. Not only did he set these up very quickly and efficiently, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in using the new features. Some of us are not technically minded, and so his patience was very appreciated. George really is a credit to Mtech, and we appreciate the time he took to help us this morning! We are very happy with our new set up.

Moved our office over to a new system and Andy made the process very simple. No stress and the new tech is much improved compared to old company. Excellent training provided. All in all much easier day than I expected.
