the cookies arrived broken. This made what was supposed to be a happy surprise very sad! The taste was fine, but it was the thought that was supposed to count.

Did my order and after it was processed i got an email saying for an additional charge it could be delivered in the requested timeline. It should not allow an order to be processed with the date not applicable. We’ve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. You lost a customer.
