Flip side of the coin, excellent service. Had a minor issue with the BMW S1000xr. Sent an email Sunday night and got a response, followed by a phone call Monday. Bike collected Tuesday and return back on Friday as requested by me. The driver is a top bloke, great communication. Thanks to all at Hunts Motorcycles.

Found the bike I was interested in on their website. Sent an email to John requesting high resolution images of the bike. Had a message back from John pretty much immediately and the photos were sent later that evening. As I live 120 miles away I called to plan a visit for the Saturday to view the bike in person. My contact at Hunts was Lincoln who suggested that rather than drive to Manchester I could, for £99,which I was told in advance was non refundable, have the bike delivered to me for inspection. If the bike was not for me just put it back in the van and send it back. I chose this option and was not disappointed, the bike was even better when I saw it. Great no fuss, no hassle professional service from Hunts from start to finish. Love my new bike. On a side note, the delivery driver was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Hunts motorcycles Manchester I recently paid a deposit on a BMW GSA and as I live on the south coast I was told that the bike would be delivered to me fully detailed and the bike had a full service history after a wait of 3 weeks the bike was delivered but not as described on their website.
There was no evidence of the service history and their delivery driver who is employed by them also looked and was unable to find the bikes history, the driver then called the office and I also spoke to the office and the history still could not be located.
Also the condition of the bike was poorly prepared and I was informed that the person responsible for the valeting of the bike wasn't in the previous week to have prepared it.
So I then spoke to the office whose attitude was if I didn't like the bike I could send it back and my deposit would be refunded to me.
After the deposit hadn't been returned after a week I called Hunts motorcycles who informed me that they would not return my refund and that it's not their fault the service history wasn't present even though their employee couldn't find it as well as myself.
On the subject of the bikes cleanliness their take on this was it was alright ( we obviously have a very different idea of what levels of cleanliness is on a £12,000 bike).
They are now claiming that they have "found" the service history for the bike which seems quite concerning that it has suddenly appeared.
Please don't make my mistake and save your money and time and find a dealer with better customer care than Hunts motorcycles.

Purchased a used BMW K1600. Several emails before and despite the promise of the 18K service being done beforehand it wasn't. Now 'offering' to do the service (18K being a big service) and needing the bike for a day to do the work, given it's a 380-mile round trip so an overnight stay, and would I then trust them to do all the work? Or they are offering just £100 towards a local BMW workshop doing it (valve check alone is min 4 hours engine out), and parts being more than £100.

Bought a new AT CRF 1100 from them. The bike was delivered without owners manual. I wrote many times to the owner John Brown. He made all sorts of promises and basically got fobbed off needless to say the owners manual never arrived. Dreadful company they really shouldn't have a Honda dealership.

Purchased bike online . Went good on the sales side good trade in price etc but that’s when it all went horribly wrong !!!
Bike got delivered seemingly having just had an mot and a service .. was delivered to my local garage to find . Head bearings knackered ! Dash not working these 2 things granted they paid to have fixed well paid the parts for the dash .
And the exhaust was completely snapped in 2 !!!! Compensation spoke about but that’s all spoken about . Nothing appeared
How that made it through an mot god knows ! The exhaust was left for me to fix yes I was planning on changing it anyway for a nicer one but that’s besides the point , lesson learned never buy a bike online no matter how good you think the dealer is . These guys service department must be fed on bananas as only a monkey would send a bike out in that condition !

I have just bought a Honda CRF off hunts. Saw it on line and put a deposite on it over the phone, very quick response to my enquiry, even though they were closed on a Sunday, John left me a message to say he would be in touch on Monday, arranged to pick the bike up, dealt with Lincoln, very professional, the bike was as per description, they even helped me load it in my van, all told I was very happy with the service. Minor disappointment.... I had no part ex and paid cash, thought there might be a bit of movement on price ..

Bought an Africa Twin s/h in October 2021 on the condition that their workshop would make a few modifications to suit my disability.
After a bit of persuasion the agreement was honoured and from that point Mike in the workshop was fantastic.
The care and consideration that went into the adaptation were exemplary.
I also bought a Cardo Comms kit from Tony in the parts shop upstairs. Again he was incredibly helpful and fitted the kit in his free time with no charge.
I would definitely deal with them again.
