"Very poor all round customer service......"
I have ordered parts then when arrived found half the order missing and told the missing parts are not manufactured by the company EBC and there were no OEM clutches left in the country.
All I wanted was a complete clutch kit I was told by Tony that EBC does not make pressure plates only friction plates.
I was treated as if I knew nothing about bike parts. Then I when went online on my phone in store and found the parts.
Tony then looked into his catalog book behind the desk called three different places and found the complete clutch kit I wanted in the first place. Not OEM but EBC.
Customer service is very poor in this store even sales department look down at me when I have asked to sit on a CBRR SP. I did not even want to sit on it after that.
I will be crossing over to Yamaha.
Honda is the power of dreams but customer care is the stuff of nightmares at the leading Honda dealer in the North,.,., thats a joke.
I am not happy with my experience in this store at all when compared to usually dealing with Chiswick Honda in London who are fantastic in every way.

Would be zero stars but one is the minimum you can give…… Genuine buyers give this business a wide berth and spend your money somewhere that’s interested in you!!
Visited This afternoon absolutely shocking experience from start to end. No acknowledgement from any of the 7 staff we saw just sitting around at the desks chatting to each other. Bikes weren’t displayed in an accessible to view way. Decided to leave as we couldn’t see what we wanted and the lack of atmosphere in the store. On the way out we asked the guy (I can only assume was the manager as he was the only one not in a uniform and had the worst couldn’t give two s**ts attitudes would have been better having a mannequin sat there would have had more personality) if he had any other bikes instore he replied no the rest are in a storage yard- what you after. We told him wanted to look at trading in our bmw s1000rr for s1000xr and he just said nah sold the one I had they are pretty hard to get hold of and shrugged his shoulders .
And that was it! Clearly not interested and didn’t want to help or spend anytime seeing what our needs were..

"Not totally impressed"
Not totally impressed. Arrived to view a second hand bike that we found was not in the showroom. No efforts made to get it across. No efforts made to enable us to view it. Salesman just did not seem interested in our business. He advised that we didn't need to see it as it was excellent. That, I'm afraid, is our decision to make, not theirs to make for us!

Hunts motorcycles were very professional, Purchased a new Honda CB500X. What a absolute pleasure it has been dealing with them. I was very slightly sceptical not dealing locally but Wow the service and Free UK delivery was incredible & timely with good communication. Kept me fully informed when they would deliver the bike. I am pleased with the bike and fantastic service. Thank you

Rude and unprofessional service, have been like that for decades. Only interested in you if you're buying new. Spares counter are clowns.

I bought a used BMW R1250GS from Hunts. The description was misleading, including describing a bike that with lowered suspension as 'low seat'. Worse was the fact that the front tyre - on a 2 year old, £14K bike - was over 6 years old (date code 0814) with cracks in the tread - dangerous in the opinion of my local BMW Motorrad technician. Dismissive and rude treatment of my complaint about this by Mr John Brown, of Hunts. Under no circumstances would I buy from Hunts again.

Hunts motorcycles were very professional Lincoln the salesman who sold me the African twin was true to his word and had good communication kept me fully informed when they would deliver the bike I am pleased with the bike and service

"Superb service!"
I was fortunate enough to find the bike I had been looking for when browsing Hunts website. From the first e-mail and subsequent phone call I cannot fault the service I received! The driver took me to the warehouse where the bike was stored and took the time to answer all my questions and John was polite, professional and replied to all my e-mails faster than expected. I ordered my V-Strom 650 and it arrived in great condition with a polite and professional driver, but not before it had been serviced, MOT'd and had the chain and sprocket changed (all included in the price). I have already recommended Hunts to a friend who is looking to upgrade his bike and will definitely be using them again too.

"Rude!"
Rude!
Just been to book my bike in for repairs, as i walked in one of the assistants saw me walk in, turned round and went behind the customer service desk. I walked to the desk, stopping on the covid 19 floor notice, wearing my mask and stood there waiting to be served. Stood there and stood there some more, the ignorant assistant just kept his head down and never acknowledged me at all, never said he will be with me soon, never even looked up. I stood there for at least 5 mins which was quite embarassing as other assistants, who were serving other customers were looking at me just standing there. I just ended up walking out in the end as I had to be somewhere else.
I have been going to Hunts for years and have now bought 2 bikes from them and the service has been fantastic and i will continue to use them but will definitely not be using the older sales assistants desk in the future. He is in the wrong job!
