We had a new roof installed on our conservatory and the service was fantastic from beginning to end. During the work I had regular calls from the office to see what my thoughts were. I wasn't sure whether or not a new roof would give me full use of the conservatory all year round. However, I'm absolutely over the moon with it and can use it all year round. To note; this has been used as a living room in temperatures as low as 6 degrees Celsius, up to 23 with no problems. Granted I open the windows in the heat, but that's not an issue. I will be recommending Snug Roof to anyone I know hoping for a new conservatory roof.

They were even considerate of my neighbours (who said to tell you all thank you from them) I was contacted at several times during process to make sure I was happy with everything. Snugroof

We recently used Snugroof to replace the UPVC flat, sloping roof on our conservatory. Their representative visited us within a few days of my contacting them. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He carefully explained our options and what Snugroof was able to do. At no point did he apply any pressure, accepting that we would be obtaining quotations from other companies. Very quickly, diagrams of the proposed options were sent via email and we made our choice. Before proceeding, however, we decided to take up the option of visiting the Snugroof factory in South Shields. We were welcomed and decided there and then to accept the quotation we had been given. We have never regretted that decision.
The workmen came on the days they said they would. On day one, the old roof was removed and the new roof installed so that whatever the weather, the room would not get wet. All exterior work was completed on day one as were the electrical fittings. Next came the plasterer who finished insulating the roof, boarded it and plastered it. This was done to a very high standard and all in the space of a twelve-hour shift. Two days later, the electricians came to finish installation of the lights (which only took about an hour) and the next day came the decorator.
There was an extra piece of work we asked to be done, viz. the replacement of some guttering at the front of the house. Another two hours saw that completed.
Quite honestly, we could not have asked for better. The workmen showed up on time, were extremely professional and hard -working and did a marvellous job. We are completely satisfied with the product, the price (which was very competitive) and with the way we were treated. We cannot recommend Snugroof too highly. If you want a good job done – go to Snugroof!

They have a great team of people both in the office, on the phone and on site. Polite and helpful and time was allowed to make decisions about design etc. Good advice was given at all stages. Their various workers turned up each day and were efficient, professional and as tidy as you can be during a build. Great workmanship, all very skilled in their trades and good communication.
