I had a corner garden office installed by SnugRoof which I am over the moon with. It has been constructed and finished to the highest standard and quality. The lads from SnugRoof showed absolute professionalism, quality and cleanliness throughout the install and the aftercare has been second to none to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. We had a Snugroof replacement a month ago. The increase in warmth in our north facing conservatory is dramatic and it has been transformed from a no-go area to one of the more popular rooms in the house.
The process of getting the work done was made almost painless by Snugroof. The surveys were efficient, the office staff very helpful and the communication between us and Snugroof was first rate. The installers, plasterers and electricians were punctual, efficient and pleasant. A first rate job all round.
Our only misery was caused by the Co Durham Listed Buildings officials who delayed Snugroof’s ability to start for no justifiable reason and forced us to pay unnecessary fees for extra surveys. Not Snugroof’s fault in any way!

Paul, the salesman, was lovely, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with.
Communication was brilliant and the fitters, Michael and his team were amazing. The night before they arrived we had some snow, so it was cold, but they worked like robots and never stopped. Shout out also to the electrician and plasterers both brilliant contractors.
All aspects of paperwork were received on completion of the job without having to chase up.
The work from this company was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend.

"I had my conservatory roof replaced…"

I had my conservatory roof replaced with a insulated tiled roof. What a change should have had it done years ago. Snugroof was first class. The sales office and fitters were excellent. I was kept up to date with each phase, the work was completed earlier than anticipated and all the fitters were first class not only cleaning up but even returned my furniture and re filled the blinds.

"Very Satisfied Customer - Great Service"

We have recently had SnugRoof fit a small flat insulated roof to a room off our kitchen area which previously had polycarbonate plastic roofing together with new patio doors and windows. We had various companies out to give us quotes and designs (which all came in approximately the same give or take a couple of thousands) and once the quotes were received we did extra due diligence as we had concerns about rain water drainage as the new roof would come off the back of our existing garage roof. All the companies suggested box guttering would be the answer, after raising our concerns with them we are still waiting for a response, however, SnugRoof agreed that they did not think that option would work due to the risk of flooding and gave us another better option tailored to our property and needs and also keeping the work within the budget we had set ourselves with the flat roof option including a skylight in the centre to ensure that the room was bright.
Michael and the guys were fabulous in fitting our new roof and worked extremely hard to have the roof completed before the Christmas break. They left the room very clean and tidy.

All our questions were answers quick and efficiently from the team and we were kept up to date as to start dates etc.

We have had small problem with the plastering to one of the back walls but this was not noticed until the wall was dry and painted but SnugRoof have already been out and replastered the wall.

I found from the estimator came to the final day of completion of my warm roof on my conservatory that the guys were brilliant in keeping to a suitable time to complete the job despite the very bad weather. Worked very hard, and very polite and friendly and worked with spotlights as it was dark early in the afternoon. I was kept informed continuously of progress and most of all I found the job estimate affordable and value for money. Would highly recommend this local company

I had my new conservatory roof fitted at the end of September 2022, the work force were brilliant and very helpful. Original plan was to have the inside plastic finish, after advice changed mind on day of fitting to plastered roof interior (this finish I would recommend) staff and office staff very helpful with this request and it was no problem to change. The end finish to the job was a dream. I would highly recommend this company.
