"Item still not arrived two weeks later "

Ordered an item over two weeks ago and item has seemed to go missing as tracking has not updated in over a week. Item was just delivering from the south of Ireland to the north and has ended up in England. Refuse to give me a refund and expect me to wait another week to speak to a manager. Customer service is extremely poor and very slow responses, doesn’t seem to be too bothered at how long I’ve waited for my item. So so disappointing for a small Irish business.

*update* it has been 1 month since I ordered my item, I have still received no updated tracking, as item has clearly been lost and also am being refused a refund.

Standún are an absolutely wonderful company to deal with, Ive bought cardigans , jumpers, slippers hats scarves and delph feom them, for my friends, my daughter, my daughter in law and my daughters mum in law, and all agree the products are of excellent quality and very reasonably priced and their merino wool is superbly warm, i wore mine in Iceland recently and my daughter in new zealand finds their products very helpful in withstanding the very very cold winters in Wellington

Aran throw/blanket from Standún in Galway. Bought this as a wedding gift for my niece living in America. It’s absolutely beautiful. Not big enough to cover a couch but bigger than I expected so I am delighted. Came well packaged and delivery was quicker than expected. I love this shop and have bought many items from them while visiting in Galway over the years but this was my first online purchase and I would highly recommend to everyone. Love that it’s a family run store and supporting local Irish business is a plus. Thank you and best of luck.
