My weekly costing for diesel for the incoming week is 121.18p/litre plus VAT. My nearest filling station is 132p per litre inclusive of VAT. Has been running 10+pence per litre more expensive for the last few weeks. Have brought this to their attention several times before. Currently not using the card and will pay by other means

"STAY AWAY FROM THEM"

If I could I give them - 100 stars , I would recommend to everyone own a card from them to check the offers bills and also take a picture at the pump with the price and liters every time they use those cards .
I use to have 1 card with them but I just request to close the account with them ...why ? ...well let's see ...

First you they will charge you about 1.30 euro or something every week just to send you an email to tell you how much fuel you use per month
And that's not all , you get an email saying that you have a specific amount of cents per liter discount but you don't get that discount and then they said that was not true you have that discount and when you send them a proof of that they tell you you get the discount but obviously you don't. Also if you didn't have a proof of the price at that moment when you fill up they will tell you different price just to justify and make you look stupid . So all this happens to me and for those reasons I just stop using them and also i recommend to every one to STAY AWAY FROM THEM .

"This company very poor communication…"

This company very poor communication skills . I was out sick and reached out telling them my payment could be two late and they said they put on my file but I was rang next day asking for payment so I complained via email that was week ago but no response. I owed very small amount and made courtesy call but they don't have manners to response to my email. And believe you do not save at pumps and so many hidden charges . I have received email from these company admitting not one but two staff wrote on my file I reached out to them. They did apologize via email couldn't pick up phone as they dd when looking for payment I advise anyone dealing with this company keep paper trail and name of staff you communicate with as for me I told them close my account

"Be careful - charging way above average pump price"

Have a fleet of vehicles and recently conducted a review of costings including charges by Radius. It appeared that over the last 12 months every single transaction they charged us was above the actual cost of fuel at the pump. A more detailed analysis showed that we paid on average extra 12c per litre (ex VAT) more during this year. When an agent was approached and a query raised, he very quickly mentioned he would review 3 months' statements but it may take several weeks to do so, and staight away the following week's price appeared AGAIN above the average pump price.
Definitely worth a while checking the true costing - may be we are just an exception, but we are moving away from these guys - way better offer are available.
