I am able to managed just my bills and not worry about other people bill being payed on time. When I have a problem emailing them is easy. So far I have been with them for a year, I have had no worries with the utility bills. I am going to go with them this year 2025 - 2026 as well and possibly for all my years at uni.

We’ve had one past issue but that was with an agency for my second year of university however we went through uni homes. Other than that uni homes has been an amazing way to get housing for uni students. All bills are included which has made mine and my housemates lives so much easier and giving us more time to stress about uni and not finances for bills. I definitely will be recommending uni homes for all new uni students who haven’t used it before as it has been so easy to use and find places.

" Stressful Payment amended "
I’ve had an awful experience with UniHomes and feel like I’m being constantly harassed for payments. Initially, I spoke to someone who agreed to change my payment date to match my payday. For two months, this seemed to work fine. However, without warning, they went back to taking payments on the 1st—even though they had already taken money from me just a few weeks earlier.
It turns out they had delayed a payment without informing me, which caused a knock-on effect. This overlap left me financially stuck, as I had already saved for utilities the month before they took it. Their mishandling completely messed up the payment cycle, and now it feels like they’re taking money whenever they feel like it.
To make things worse, I woke up today expecting them to take the full utilities payment—but instead, they randomly took £12, which came out of the amount that should’ve covered today’s bill. This now restarts the cycle of confusion and financial strain all over again.
It’s incredibly stressful not knowing when or how much they’re going to take. I would not recommend UniHomes to anyone unless you want constant payment anxiety and poor communication.
Update: I was contacted by Matthew and he discussed everything with me and apologised about the experience and rectified this quickly which made me feel at ease and he was very lovely. Thank you again
