I can’t praise him and his colleagues enough,we did have one issue ie flight change and they quickly resolved it there attention to detail and personal service is second to none. If we visit the US again, and hopefully we will, it’ll be through this first class company.

Our agent, Lilly is exceptionally efficient and knowledgeable & she managed to get us a fantastically good deal on the trip. Nothing was ever too much trouble or hassle.
The villa was extra lovely and a real home away from home. The arrangements for the parks and car hire were expertly organised.

This was our first experience of using Usa-direct . After searching for the best prices for our itinery , this company listened to what we wanted and gave us advice and searched for us .
The price quoted was extremely good , the itinery exactly what we wanted .
They put up with quite a few e-mails and telephone calls from me , had massive patience and always came up with an answer or opinion for us .
After staying at the hotels they had reserved for us , we were amazed at the quality provided , we were so impressed .

Having asked so many questions and made goodness knows how many changes to dates and hotels, Richard advised based on experience and more importantly cost.
