I was a first time ever customer for a memory upgrade product. The website was an amazing resource and ordering was easy. I did have one follow-up question on delivery which I phoned in. I spent very little time little time on hold and my question was ably answered by of all things a knowledgeable, patient and polite human being! 100% for customer experience. And I never, ever write reviews for any company.

Website listed that my Mac book pro unibody mid 2010 would work but it didn't. Instead they helped and provided me the correct memory. Great!!! So should I pay for shipping back the wrong memory which was listed on there website. Hence, they have updated there website and I'm out shipping fee. Great customer support, but website needs more accurate info. Thanks

I did email customer support that I should have been reimbursed for shipping fee, but was denied. So there is nothing else, unless the shipping fee is credited. But thanks for help.
