The experience initially wasn't great as the wrong cord was sent to charge the dock. The rep made me feel as though I didn't know of what I was speaking, until I sent a picture of the incompatibility of the cord and the device. Once the problem was understood from your end, you were quick to send to correct charging cable.

All told it was 11 days until I could use my device, but it is now working.
