There was a technology glitch that wouldn't allow me to enter a Canadian province. Maddy helped me navigate through this and found the solutions and helped me get my boarding pass.

I didn't remember which card I used or anything else other than the date I was leaving and coming back. Ana was very confident in what she was doing and even though it took a little bit she checked in to make sure I was still o. The phone very often.
