I used Megasealed Melbourne Central. This is the second time I've used them and both times they have completed a high-quality job on sealing a leaking shower in our house. They are a little disorganised and took longer than promised and their invoicing is also slow, but these are common issues with trades, whereas their actual work is excellent

"TERRIBLE SERVICE"

TERRIBLE SERVICE - balcony was leaking after almost 6k and 1 year after repairing my whole ceiling after being told the job was done balcony started leaking again. They have refused to replaster after I spent almost 2k to do the ceiling based on their assurance. Terrible. VCAT will be hearing about this!

"Very disappointed and frustrated."

Very disappointed and frustrated.
Had two shower floors regrouted. Both still leaked. Said they would re do both. Re did one which cost us a new shower screen but just patched up the other. The patched up one grew mould around the silicone edge within a few months. They eventually came and re did the silicone but wouldn't re do the whole job as originally promised. Mould again growing in the silicone in multiple spots as well as the corner where the leak was is a mess. We were told by tiler that we shouldn't get mould as it was re grouted with epoxy.
No point contacting them again as they will just patch up again.

"Workmanship was great, but overpriced"

The workmanship and service was great, however I was charged $895 for less than 2sqm of grout on the shower floor which took the contractor 2 hours to complete.

"Unfortunately"

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Megaseal, so this review will no doubt not be published. Whilst the initial consult was good, I found some of the bathroom works were ok but a lot were very disappointing. I felt there was a lack of experience in some tradesman or they sent their apprentice. I still have to put up with a wobbly toilet seat and reminded daily of the finish on the marble tiling.
