Reason I’m giving them 1 star is because I had change my bank details cause fair for you had problem with Monzo collecting payment 1 month later they reported to credit agency’s about the problem with payment and mark it special arrangement to pay witch was not my fault cause they where closed on Saturday and can’t make payments online because it was credit starter loan. Bottom line waiting until Monday make payment for that 2 day error it cost me mark on credit file so I would think twice about this company if have good credit score they will reck it and also to mention they are always busy when phoning them up and I made complaint about this and fair for you sent email saying payments all up to date when I sent them complaint it’s joke of company keep clear if your getting credit starter loan

Like the fact it gives you £100 to spend in Iceland. But Annoying how when you pay it back your account takes over a day to update so can’t top up even tho you have paid it off to top up, to order food.
