I’ve been with fair for you for a few years. I recently topped up my shopping card and then found out you can no longer pay online at Argos which is the only reason I topped the card up. I then had to go into a Argos store and after a 30 minute wait I was turned away as they didn’t know how to use the card at the till. Very embarrassing and time consuming. Now what do I do?

They make an application to the DWP to recover money, which is fair enough.

What they don’t tell you is when you pay off the balance IN FULL they leave the application with the DWP open so the DWP will take money off you TWICE. Doesn’t seem very fair to me.

Straight forward really happy with how easy it was to order. Had to ring customer service and they was really helpful and polite

As always the application is straight forward , linked to my bank to see my ins and outs and approved by the next morning. A day after that my tv was on the van for delivery unfortunately I was out but the driver rescheduled for the next day. So nice to be treated like a person not a credit score. Highly recommend .
