"I Buyed Netflix Exclusive account but…"

I Buyed Netflix Exclusive account but they give me shared account. WHen i email them they said that on website by mistake exclusive was written. we only have shared account. And it was their fault. They are not doing any refund and i am so much disappointed and they are not even replying. In My Country 1$=167
and i have wasted 5$= 997 rupees including Currency exchange and other taxes.

"IT IS A SCAM"

IT IS A SCAM. I bought a Netflix account from them. I waited for 1 week and they never deliver the account. Then, they send me an email specify that they gave me sometime invisible coins(I don't know what it is). On their website, they said I will get a "VALID ACCOUNT UPON PAYING" not some supid invisible coin. In conclusion, it is not usable and a SCAM.

Made the payment and went to sleep hoping to wake up to my account but no it's been 11 hours no account

Live chat is just a bot and when I email support they told me to wait and when I asked for a refund they haven't replied

EDIT: after 2 hours wait for a email back their support is trying to say they only refund on orders that haven't been processed within a month so this is 100% a scam and I'll probably contact my bank for a charge back

Edit 2: 9 hours later support are still making me wait and when I ask for a refund they ignore me or just say keep waiting this is beyond a joke

Honestly the shittest customer service I’ve ever received, they are very quick at taking money from your account but extremely slow at giving you your product that you have paid for, then to top it off you’re contacting support looking for help and receive fu ck all, “live chat” is sh it even Automated robot doesn’t give your a reply, emailing the support and you receive pointless reply’s from the operators, they can barley string a sentence together let alone sort a transaction out
