I bought some coins for 36$ and Not delivered within 30 minutes then I contacted customer care.They said please wait.And after one day I asked about my purchase and they again said we have too many orders and please wait.and I again said okay.After 2 days also same.This time 3 days passed and customer care guy said we cannot deliver all I can urgent who deliver it.Please anyone who read this dont ever buy from them.You will loose your money like me.They are cheating on money and customer care people also dont care about us.

I bought some gold, it wasn't processed in 30 minutes.

Spoke to their support with their live chat and specifically asked them to speak to the supplier and check if it is in stock and when it will be processed, along with my order number.

Took a little while but they told me it is not in stock so I asked for a refund and received it an hour later back into my Skrill account.

If it's not in stock they shouldn't have it listed on the site.

If you speak to support and don't specifically state what you are after then you'll spend ages waiting for multiple responses as they don't have any initiative.

i bought credits and the sayed delivery time is about 30 minutes in about 1 hour i messaged them about my order they sayed the order will be delivered in 1-8 hours then a messaged them again about my order and they told me the item will be delivered in 1-2 days
