My Computer was not working properly, and i contacted Zavions LLC.
The tech KEITH, was assigned to fix my computer.
From the 1st minute, keith was so polite and helpful. His guidance was too simple to understand and was really helpful. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends for computer help.
Keep this good work Up Team !!

It is just evidence, so no worry about anything. But 100% scam. DO NOT TRUST!

"Scammers!"
This company places popup ads on websites informing their victims that they have a virus, the victim calls Zavions and they talk their victim through the steps needed to enable this fake company to remote control the victims computer. After establishing remote connection the fake and self titled 'Microsoft Certified Technicians' run what the victims see as a scan (by bringing up Command and running the tree ( dir /s ) command) as well as other ways such as showing the victim 'Event Viewer' (which contains computer logs and errors (which are all normal to have) they state the customer has infections such as 'KoobFace' all these tactics scare their victims into buying fake Tech support packages that start from $199.99 and go up to around a $1k. If this is not paid or even if it is paid the technician normally places a "Syskey" on the victims computer then closes their pc down, this in turn locks the victim out of their computer (which they will have to reinstall windows or restore to an earlier restoration point). They expect the victims to enter their credit card details and personal details on Notepad too, which is very insecure.
