Nicholas was brilliant at sorting the problem, gave excellent advice and guidance on sorting an appropriate replacement and then set it all up and working for my father. His communication is really quick and clear. he took all the stress went away and was great value.

Brilliant service. Nicholas was extremely professional and replied to messages really quickly. I spilled water on my laptop and it was fixed (and looking clean and brand new!) in less than a day. I will definitely contact Airiam next time I have a problem with my MacBook.
