"New adjustable bed"

My new adjustable bed was delivered today. The guys set it up quickly and efficiently and David went through the controls with me and made sure I knew how to operate the bed. Both David and his colleague were very polite and helpful and are a credit to the company. Looking forward to trying my new bed tonight!

"Problem fixed."

Elderly Mum’s bed needed repair and I had some initial difficulties contacting Furmanac. Once they responded to my telephone follow up they did their best to address the issue and arrange a visit. The technician who attended for the repair was tidy and efficient and the bed is back to full function once again. Thanks for doing a great job.

Simon and Adam delivered our bed today, first contacting me with delivery time and bang on time, They inspected the access and no problem, talked me through the process, took great care that pictures and grandfather clock didn't get knocked or damaged. Very quick and then went through controls and how to move bed, made sure to we ok with all controls, took all wrapping away. Such helpful guys, polite and smiling a bonus. Bought bed as knew system was a fumanac, and there quality has
always been excellent. Thank you guys for not disappointing me.

"Your delivery system is a joke"

Your delivery system is a joke. Despite my requesting Bensons and your company to use my land line when contacting me the delivery department used my mobile number to text me and , I suspect , ring me. The days the phone calls were made I was in or the answer phone was on. Us of the older generation are not all technophiles. Having wasted a day I now wait with bated breath for the next appointment that I shall confirm, to be missed.
