For me the process has been a challenge but made more bearable with the knowledge that Rich, Sally, Sarah and Lisa have gone above and beyond to help wherever they could. To the point where Lisa offered to drive to the solicitors with the transfer document to ensure it arrived on time.
There is a warm and friendly atmosphere when you walk into the office and I felt everybody there is focused on doing the best job possible for each individual client.
I feel I definitely would have struggled more with the sale without this team.

Great if you're a landlord! NO CARE for tenants despite number of years! Attitude of staff members stink aswell! Tenants avoid these agents like the black plague they will treat you like sub standard humans and not care at all for one side of the lease but hound you over the other. worse agents i have ever dealt with
