"A service that actually works"

Wonderful to speak to a doctor within 2 hours of requesting an appointment. As it was Friday morning I wouldn’t have been able to get an appointment at my own surgery until Monday at the earliest. The video facility enabled the doctor to see the skin issue i was concerned about. Medication was prescibed on line which enabled me collect it at any pharmacy. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that my appointment was delayed by an hour.

The appointment was easy to book through the App & the video call was on time. The doctor was very empathetic, listened to my concerns & gave good advice. She followed up the appointment by contacting my doctor to advise blood tests etc. I would definitely use this service again.
