So helpful to be able to have an online consultation. Although the connection online was not too good I was able to see and talk to the doctor who reassured me I was on the mend. I didn’t need a face to face consultation and so in this instance it served me very well. Don’t think it’s possible to have a face to face consultation now which is very sad

I’ve used LIVI three times now and have always found it very easy to book an appointment at a time that suits me. The GPs ring very close to the time I booked. They are very caring and helpful. If tests or medication are required they sort it with my surgery. I can’t fault this service.

I found the registration process easy. I was slightly concerned about how I would receive the video call but it was no problem. I was called exactly on time and found the doctor clear, knowledgeable and empathetic. I will definitely be using Livi again as my husband has to wait till early January for a telephone appointment with our GP. I’m not prepared to put up with this so Livi fits the bill perfectly!

The admin staff and Gp’s are very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant and helpful doctor. Clear speaking and was up to speed with my current heath and medication. I didn't feel rushed and I felt I was listened to. I was impressed how quickly I was able to get an appointment, which meant I was able to fill my prescription the same day. Highly recommend Livi.

I managed to get an appointment quickly.
The doctor listened to me, he showed that he cared, he asked questions and examined me the best he could by video. He took notes on the computer so my own doctor could see them.
Gave me the medication I asked for.
I will definitely use Livi again.151

"Very convenient"

Very convenient. Doctors call was 10 minutes after booked time but this was not a problem and they did notify me of this. Doctor was very professional and got to the core of my issue quickly and sent a prescription straight to my pharmacy which I picked up later in the day. Will definitely use again.

I have used Livi a couple of times now, everytime has been great, they have passed any information to my doctors when needing an in person appointment.

The only issue I have had so far was my last appointment was running late. It was only 10 minutes which is far less than what you have to wait at the surgery.

I will continue to use Livi as it means I don't need to take time out of work.
