Gabriella is my hero! And I see that I am not the only one - which doesn't surprise me. She went the extra mile to help me with an unusual question. (I will be bringing Let's Enhance into my classroom at the University of Utah.) I am very pleased with the service, Tania's attention in particular, there was a person taking care of the problem and I did not have to talk to a robot or try write to a number of people trying to resolve the issue.
