Everything is quite efficient and transparent, and when i needed to downgrade, the support was prompt and helpful. In general, quite happy with the product and service.

Adds a black background to transparent images. Uhhh ... that's changing the images, not enhancing it.

When choosing remove background (and clip to object) it 'eats' the edges of the already transparent background.

I was super excited with the new ability to generate my own images and went crazy doing so - a great addition to my small business. However, after about a week of doing so, I noticed when the new images were enlarged, they all contained tiny red/blue dots throughout. AND, she reinstated all the credits I had used on my previously created but "flawed" images. I am so impressed with their fast service!
