Overall Dl1 gave me an overview on what I already knew but enhanced me me to be more pro-active in practically outlining safety risks at my factory.

"The good and not so good"

The course material is great, and there is a lot to learn. The assessments are the problem. After putting in days on these and researching, etc., you always fail! And then they say that you did well...but... and then it's paying again and retrying again.
So, I can't prove it, but it does feel like it is a way to make more money.

I will still study through SHEilds as the material is awesome!
