The whole team here are superb, clear & informative on treatments, all carried out with patience, care and never rushed.
I’ve had both trainees & fully qualified do my treatments and at every trainee appt the qualified therapist is ensuring it’s perfect.
Highly recommend if you are slightly nervous or unsure of the best treatment you want / need, the team are fabulous at discussing options with you, ensuring you get the correct treatment.

I have been visiting Julie for treatments and advice for the last couple of years. Although salons have opened in my home town I would not trust anyone else. I find the company to be Proffesional extremely knowledgeable. Having a Brain tumour and rosacia I am very careful who I trust. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The advice and treatments I have had leave me feeling more confident and looking natural (as I choose). Always love a visit. Julie and team have helped me fight my bad Rosacia after giving me advice and using the light therapy. I highly recommend. Always Proffesional and approachable. Never judging anyone but giving the best advice and working together. Easy to find and parking nearby. I have recommended to a nu.ber of friends and they are also very happy with all treatments. I've been coming to Nuvo Medispa for treatments for some time now. The first time I had botox and it was the best result I'd had so I felt safe to return for other treatments. The girls are all so lovely and friendly. They are also so professional and trustworthy, they will tell you if you are not suitable for a treatment instead of just taking your money. I've been really happy every time and couldn't recommend them enough.

"Treatment review"

I know theres always a risk of treatments going wrong, but this is the second time ive had a treatment go wrong here and after seeing a clinically trained professional i now know the way they tried to correct my botox was wrong and this is why it now looks worse!

I had botox, which was fine. Then my topup gave me a droopy eyelid. The correction work that the 'trained practitioner' did has actually made it alot worse and now i have to wait months before it can be put right. Im devastated, and i wont have treatment here again. I advise others to think twice too. I thought it was the safe option having the practitioner appointment instead of the trainee, but to be honest they have as much knowledge as the people they are training

Having read your reply, all I can say is my review is factual. I am the one living with the errors on my face, and the feedback given re that it was done incorrectly was from a registered professional nurse. To say 'everyone reacts differently' is a way for places to get out of taking responsibility for bad treatments
