This company is absolute joke! They dont cover water damage on waterproof 5ATM watch! I have been told it was mis used. 5 ATM is over 160 ft depth and swimming without the crown makes no sense! The watch wasn't opened once! Completely accident, husband forgot to take the watch off when swimming. Once! So the condensation is Factory fault which they dont want to cover.

My son received a Hugo boss watch for his 18th and within 3 days the crown broke. This company has been no help what so ever and said it was down to mis-use! The company state they inspect each watch and set time prior to sending out. This can not be true as the time was not set. Their customer service has been appalling.
