"Awful support - Don't use if not technical"

I purchased a silver package and had two domains transferred over. It took me one week just to create and set up an email for my domain.
The support docs they give are not accurate and doesn’t work. The instant chat doesn’t work from chrome browser, only works if I use internet explorer or from my iPhone. Also, instant chat disappears once you become a client and you can only request service desk tickets which I was relying on for the first 4 days and hardly got the support I needed.

For someone who’s not technical, it is very complicated and not straight forward. Furthermore the support staff don’t understand what non-technical means.

These instructions don’t work and are misleading.
The live chat members Luis R and Philip kept referring back to these useless docs for hours even though it doesn’t because they don't know any better.

In the end I managed to create the emails and set it up on my iPhone by spending hours going back and forth and I managed with a totally different way than what these 'support' people kept telling me.

"DO NOT TRUST VERPEX AT ALL"

Oooh where do we start with Verpex. First of all, be careful on those paid reviews coming from all India and Pakistan created accounts DO NOT TRUST VERPEX, DO NOT TRUST THOSE 5 STARS REVIEW. It has been a hell to deal with them since day 1 in multiple services.

I was looking to reduce some costs and I found Verpex VPS and Shared Hosting for reasonable prices, so I said to myself: "why not?" I started transfering from Namecheap to here. BIG MISTAKE.

- Websites: Hell of slow, no matter if simple wordpress sites, sites were extremely slow and losing Google positions due to this. Clients complaining all the time.
- Shared Hosting Emails and VPS: All the client emails going straight to SPAM, clients sometimes receiving emails, sometimes don't. And dont let me start with Outlook and iPhones, iPhones cant trust the Verpex servers certificates, which makes the clients to untrust your service since they get warnings every 5 minutes to accept the insecure certificates.
- Scammers: I purchased a domain with Verpex because it was AVAILABLE, and once I wanted to use it, I got the alert that the domain doesn't belong to them or me to use it, so it is my fault now because, and I quote: "Domain Registration. We make no representations as to the availability of a particular domain name requested for registration by you (Domain)." So, now I should go and do an extensive WHOIS hunting to know? WOW, I assume that godaddy, register.com, namecheap, etc. have the same policy. NO, they want to disregard every support case blaming clients.

So, stay away from Verpex, stay away from their services, you better go namecheap with almost the same cost and ZERO inconveniences.

PS. Verpex team, please don't answer here about reaching you guys, I already reached support and their canned responses are not helpful at all.
