"4 Months, No Access to My Domain – Extremely Poor Support from Verpex"

I registered the domain graphiquecreation.in through Verpex over 4 months ago. I submitted all required documents, including my government-issued Aadhaar card, and even updated the WHOIS details as instructed by NIXI (National Internet Exchange of India).

Despite doing everything from my end, I have still not been given access to my domain. Every time I contact support, I receive the same generic response: “We are working on this issue.”

There has been no real progress, no proper timeline, and no accountability from Verpex. This delay has caused serious problems for my business, and the lack of action is unacceptable.

I hope this review gets the attention of the Verpex team and they resolve this issue immediately — otherwise, I will be taking this forward to consumer protection and legal platforms.

"Transfer of our reseller account was great!"

Our organization needed to transfer its reseller account from another vendor who was exiting that business and gave us less than 30 days before closing our account.

After evaluating several vendors who offer reseller accounts, we selected Verpex, and we're glad we did. Their support team was great to work with. They answered all our pre-sales questions, and were able to completely transfer our accounts quickly. They also responded to a request to make a critical adjustment once the transfer was complete.

We are very satisfied with the quality of our new reseller account, and there was a noticeable improvement in the performance of websites. Change can be a scary thing, but this was definitely a change for the better.

I'd give these scammers a 0 if trustpilot would let me.

For a whole year we bought a reseller hosting plan from them, a whole year we worked on attracting clients - we spent a lot of money, time and effort.

These people with one click deleted irretrievably all the data of all our customers, which we barely collected for a year of our hard work.

And for the reason that some of our clients violated the rules. If out of 1000 clients 1 client breaks the rules - how will you allow yourself to delete ALL 1000 clients who are not related to each other?

IT'S A SCAM! You can pay for a reseller package, invest money on advertising, spend time and effort and one day verpex can just delete you and block you, more than a week they asked for backups to take from those clients who did not violate anything - but these miracle-hosting does not even give backups to take to migrate to another hosting.

In short, they are not that they keep their own rules, but these people purposefully harm your business as soon as they see that you in the hosting business something turns out.

You were able to block us and our clients, but not to let us take backups of clients with whom we have agreements - this is already a targeted harm to our work!

I do not advise anyone to contact Verpex, do not look at the discounts they do for the 1st month, which are mentioned on their homepage verpex.com.

You one day will be left without anything and even on the mail you will not answer (a week we have written to them by mail without a response), and on their chat will answer you ROBOTIZED employees.

Until now, no one has even responded to our requests, they do everything for their robotic rating on Trustpilot, but in fact they have been ignoring us for 1 month. It's too bad that we paid you money for 1 year, it was in vain.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Verpex. I purchased an unmanaged server under the impression that WHM access would be included, as this was never clarified during the buying process. Only after making the purchase did I find out that I would need to buy five separate cPanel licenses to access WHM, which was a critical part of my intended setup. This crucial detail was hidden and not mentioned upfront.

When I requested a refund within their advertised 7-day money-back guarantee, I was informed that only the server cost would be refunded and that the cPanel licenses were considered "non-refundable third-party products." Again, this was never made clear at the time of purchase.

This lack of transparency left me feeling misled, and while they processed a partial refund, I expected better disclosure and communication from a hosting provider. I hope Verpex takes this as feedback to be clearer with customers upfront, so others do not encounter the same issues.
