Today, I've had the displeasure of experiencing the poor service and support of Verpex.com related to their hosting support. I decided to cancel my account. The original request has now been ignored for over 4 hours

In between these 4 hours, I decided to use their chat option to expedite the cancellation. I stated I wanted to cancel my account, effective immediately, and did not care about a refund. I received promises but no results.

I consider them to be dishonest brokers.

I find it telling that Verpex replied to this review in a matter of minutes after it was posted, but no one acknowledged the cancellation request! And I do have a screenshot to prove my claim.

5 stars is not enough for these guys. I left hostgator 5 years ago with my reseller account. I have never regretted my decision. For the support Verpex give in deed we are not paying them enough.
