"Unable to bind Domain to external IP and use EMail without Hosting Packet"

I have ordered a domain by Verpex (Order ID VPX-309655). After i found out that i can not bind the domain with external IP Address, it only could be done with Cloudflare, but it is not suitable for me because of using of EMail with the Domain(Verpex allos EMail using only with own hosting to the Domain). it is possible to cancel the order by Verpex, by Cancelation Request is pending abot 20 Hours and Verpex ignorуs my messages.
