Started using Verpex when they were still unpacking boxes. They have been very good since and getting better. Their support is good but if I have to ask for more I would they be more proactive. I have a managed server and yes they help, but they could take over and do the work for me. Managed right? But never had a problem, and when I had questions, support was helpful, but I was the one working under the hood.
