"A bad first experience - order cancelled"

This was my first time ordering with tbgallery. I ordered a new toilet and basin as well as a tap for delivery to Northern Ireland. A few days later I received an email stating that the delivery had been damaged and was now out of stock and that the brand (Ideal Standard) had been discontinued. I was issued an immediate refund without any other options for resolution.

A bad experience for a first time buyer from this company. I won't be back.

Excellent knowledge of available options for my new bathroom. Good prices, efficient delivery and a very pleasant purchasing experience from Barry in Hinchley Wood. I consider myself to be very discerning and demanding when it comes to interior decor, etc. I first used Bathroom Gallery in about 1994 for the bathroom/kitchen items in my main house and returned to them recently for supplying all the bathroom items for a new en suite bathroom being installed for me overseas. Same excellent service. No hesitation in recommending Bathroom Gallery to others.

An easy web site to use. Supplier provides their address and telephone number so you know where they are in the UK and can also speak to someone. In my case an arranged holiday allowed me to collect the seat. When collecting the location was in a very pleasant garden centre/farm shop and the lady I had phoned had my seat ready for me and was very friendly and efficient. There was also a showroom where you could view other bathroom products.
