Called the Tile and Bathroom Gallery in Maidenhead - needed to replace a broken loo seat cover! They were super helpful and arranged delivery to my house (I had said I could pick up but they were happy to deliver) the next day. And not only did they deliver but the guy fitted the seat and took the old one away too! Couldn't be happier with their service - would highly recommend!

The goods were delivered damaged, in pieces. I was asked to provide photo of the package after explaining how I'd received the item. It was clearly insufficiently packaged in the first place so no surprise it arrived in the broken condition. There followed a replacement with no fuss apart from packaging up the original for return.

Trisha then offered to give me quotes on items I needed even they are not listed on their website. The quote was very competitive and all items delivered next day as promised. Trisha was most helpful and efficient who saved my day and money. I will definitely use TBG again when I refurbished my bathroom.
